You don't generally need a mask when working with glue at the 'recreational ' level. If you were using industrial adhesives all day long, then that's entirely different and not what many of our contributors are doing. In any case, if you need to use a mask the correct selection depend on what the glue is made of.

The one I've seen is a Mardi Gras mask. Cut a paper plate in half. Glue (or staple) a craft stick to the lower corner of the flat side. Cut a slot to look through. Cut a 3" (or so) Styrofoam ball in half, glue glitter or paint with glitter paint, glue to paper plate just above the slot, as two eyes. Hold mask in front of face. If desired, paint or glue other face features on mask. Staple two craft pipe cleaners to the top of the mask as antenna.I have also heard that some people use a large Styrofoam ball as a base to make a papermache mask, which is then removed.See also, "How do you make a mask out of a sheet of Styrofoam?"
There are many ways to attach a belt (or strap) to a mask, in order to fasten it to your face. The method you use will depend largely on the material the mask is made of, and what supplies you have on hand.If the mask is cardboard or paper, you can cut holes or slits on either side of the mask, at the temples. Thread the strap through the holes, and tie or stitch in place. If the mask is paper, you may want to use tape to reinforce the area around the holes so that the strap does not tear through the sides of the mask.If your mask is made out of a more robust material that you cannot cut a hole into, you'll have to find another way to secure the strap. Using a strong glue such as Krazy Glue or E6000 will secure the strap to the mask. Overlap the strap by 1/2" to 1", and secure with glue. You can hide the ends of the strap by securing them to the inside of the mask rather than the outside of the mask.If your mask is made out of a woven material, such as fabric, you may be able to stitch the strap to the sides of the mask instead of gluing or cutting into the mask. Use small stitches to secure the strap in place.
1. Buy a Masquerade mask 2. Either use old cd's or something with a reflective surface and cut into different sized squares. 3. Glue the squares on the mask in the same position like the one in the video
Use wood glue for wood to wood, to glue a cabinet back together you need to remove the old glue so that you have a clean wood to wood contact if this can't be done you can use epoxy glue, go to your local hardware store ask for help and tell them what you are working on and they will help on the type of glue you need.
Glue dots are an efficient and easy way to use glue without dripping or mess. The are small, round, flat shapes that resemble stickers. Glue dots might be used when working with arts and crafts, such as felt or fabrics. They hold the material well, and do not take as long to dry as traditional glue.
Masks should be worn always when you are working in a constructive industry.
There are many different kinds of glue, so you can experiment with different solvents, but try paint remover. You can also scrape glue off, at the risk of damaging the wood. Solvents are safer (but don't smoke while you are working!).ANS 2 - Solvents are NOT safer unless you have a painters filter mask on ! If this involves a lot of hard glue and you plan to put other floor covering down, then it's best to rent an industrial electric sander and sand it all off. Still wear a mask while doing this.
You can use any nail glue found in drugstores or you can use krazy glue.
One type of glue that can be used when working with vinyl fabric is wood glue. Normal fabric glues are not necessarily strong enough to hold vinyl together, so wood glue is a better alternative.
