There were few changes between the 5 years of WW2 and Korea in medical technology other than the evacuation method(s): the helicopter. Although the movie MASH (Starring Donald Sutherland) and the TV series MASH (starring Alan Alda) are films; they are based on some facts. Their medical practices in the films were directed by "technical advisers", meaning real military personnel. Therefore, some of your questions can be answered by viewing some of those films.
No nuclear weapons were used in the korean war
The Korean War began on June 25, 1950 at 4:00 a.m. when communist North Korean artillery and mortarsbombarded South Korean fortifications in preparation for an armor supported infantry attack across the 38th parallel. The technology was not new since the majority of North Korean equipment was either left over from the 1930's or second hand from the Soviet Union.
"Mash" was based on a medical unit in the Korean War. It was also a Hollywood movie.
Korea was the first armed conflict in which both sides used jet aircraft.
Italy gave medical aid to the South Korean side.

No nuclear weapons were used in the Korean War.....
There was new technology during the Korean War, such as the introduction of jet planes. Jet planes were introduced to the field of air combat in late WWII when the Germans created the ME262a and b versions. This technology was adopted by American and Soviet scientists and incorporated in Korean war jets. Helicoptors were also a new addition to the modern battlefield. The technology had been developed in WWII, but never used in a combat situation. Another aspect was the use of precision guided weapons, specifically the RAZON glide bomb. Developed during WWII, it never got out of the test phase but was operationally tested in Korea. Was not too successful due to reliability issues.
Although helicopters had been invented prior to the Korean War; helicopters were widely used for the first time during the Korean War.
