I believe there are some meds available that "CLAIM" to treat swim bladder problems. From my experience, I have found those claims to be false and I know of no one who has found any reliable cure for swim bladder problems. Gentle raising and lowering of the water temp has also been reputed to work in some instances.
Although there are products at pet shop making amazing claims, there is no medication available that has been proven to fix a damaged swim bladder.

A fish controls its depth by increasing or decreasing the amount of air in its swim bladder. When a fish has more air in the swim bladder, it is more bouyant and rises to the surface ,but when it lets out the air and the swim bladder fills with water, it becomes less bouyant so the fish sinks.

because when the fish is swimming it hass to use its bladder to swim away
The swim time course of the swim bladder response raises a problem. If a fish can not instantly adjust its swim bladder volume its buoyancy is unstable. As the fish rises in the water the pressure of the swim bladder decreases!
