Napa Gold 1394 oil filter will cross up to that. I purchased one at my local Napa here in Canada. It cost me $11.52 with taxxes and the enviromental fee. The filter is probably several dollars cheaper in the USA.
WIX 51394 is a direct cross and is an excellent quality filter. I use the WIX filter on my club car Golf carts under a different brand name and also sell them.

Check it at each oil change, and replace when dirty.
Depending on where you live you can buy oil filters in local car parts shops, electric shops and mechanics. You can always to buy a new car filter online.
Yes you can. Make sure it fits. I used import car filters. They work just fine and don't cost $10 or so each.
check that your gass lines arent cracked. and look into these:replace spark plugs, replace air filter. and you might want to replace your gas filters. that's whats I did and my car is running fine now.

As long as you take care of the basic maintenance, I would expect that car to approach 200,000 miles. Keep oil changes to 3000 miles, replace your filters, etc. Clean oil and filters go a long way to making sure your car will last. Mark

Hmm, hard to say as you did not list the car you are talking about.
There are a number of reasons why a car would idle find but sputter when you accelerate. It could need a new spark plugs. You may also have to replace the filters. It might also be an issue with the air flow.
