There is not any. You MUST put the 4L60E back in it because of the computer system that's on the truck. If you put any other trans. in it then the engine and computer system will NOT work right and you will have all kinds of problems.
These are the 2 transmissions used that year by chevy. 1/2 Ton trucks have the 4L60E transmissions in them ONLY. The 3/4 tons used the 4L80E trans. in them.
If it is a 1/2 ton you MUST put the 4L60E in it. The 3/4 tons used the 4L80E in them.
That would be the 4L60E
You can ONLY use a 1996 model transmission on a 1996 model. The 1/2 tons have the 4L60E trans and the 3/4 tons used the 4L80E in them.
Late 1996 to 1998 year 4L60E Transmissions will work with no problems.
If it is a 1/2 ton then it MUST have the 1996 or 1997 4L60E put back in it. If it is a 3/4 ton then it must have the 1996 or 1997 4L80E put in it.
Any 4L60E transmission. 1993 and up.
There's ONLY 2 years that will work and ONLY 1 kind of transmission that will work. A 1996 or 1997 4L60E is what you will need to find.
No it will not. Chevy changed the design and bolt pattern in 1999. On the engine and transmissions.
That would be the 4L60E. The 4L80E transmissions are in the 3/4 tons.
That would be the 4L60E
NO, not even close. In late 1999 Chevy redesigned the transmission and the engines in all there trucks. You will need to put the 4L60E back in it, I believe late 92 to 1995 transmissions will all work in the 94 model.
