In over 40 years of working on cars I've never heard of a "54.75" wheel. Wheels (rims) are normally measured in inches.. Ie a very common north American car wheel is the 15 x 8. Other factors are also important such as bolt pattern and inset of the mounting plate ( this is whether the plate that sits against the hub is in the centre of rim or towards inside or outside. You will get a much better answer if you simply tell us WHAT vehicle your wheel came off and what you would like to fit it onto.

When trying to fit aftermarket rims to a vehicle you have to make sure the lug pattern is correct for your vehicle and fit with the right tires. This is critical to make sure that the tire doesn't rub inside the wheel well. I would bring it to a tire or wheel shop.
