many schools have lockers which make it easy for kids to steal stuff over 75% of schools have lockers and over 75% of principals take stuff out of those lockers like all the kids electronics that they'll need after school and that's why they have them in their locker

Schools vary all over the world. Some countries do not have a school that we would recognise in the west. In these places there are no desks let alone lockers.

Pros and cons of locker searches?
I'd say there are loads of pros for school lockers, and they heavily outweigh the cons which usually just come down to expense. I'd suggest a few pros would be - •Reduce the amount students have to carry around all day, which is better for both the school infrastructure and students health. •Provides security for students property which often isn't covered by school insurance. •Keep i-pods, mobile phones etc out of the classroom by ensuring they're stored in lockers. Also, we will know what people store in their lockers and because that's the way you find drugs or guns in school so the kids wont get hurt. They actually shouldn't. As you know, we have latley seen under-age drug and weapon use.They could simply hide their drugs and weapns inside the locker. Although it would be nice to have private lockers, we can't trust kids these days.
