The fear of getting out of bed is when can not remove himself from his covers with his remote in his hand. Case study: A gentleman who refers to himself as "After Dark" in California, can stay in his bed for days at time only to relieve himself.
I don't think there is a certain phobia for leaving your bedroom. However if someone thinks of their bedroom as their safe place then that is known as agoraphobia. This is also the term for fear of open spaces or being in crowded spaces like markets
