There does not appear to be a scientific name to specifically describe a fear of candy. Since candy is an indulgence, or a 'junk food' and something we should most likely eat only in moderation, perhaps the fear stems from what might happen if you eat too much candy. Deteriation of your teeth, or your body by adding extra pounds, are two negative effects that an overindulgence might cause.
