Phylum Amoebozoa.
Some unicellular organisms with ameboid forms are also commonly called "amoeba", but they do not belong always to phylum Amoebozoa. Amoeba is a genus, however, all species of phylum Amoebozoa are currently called amoebae.
Anabaena is a genus of filamentous cyanobacteria, or blue-green algae, found as plankton. It is known for its nitrofen fixing abilities, and they form symbiotic relationships with certain plants, such as the mosquito fern. They are one of four genera of cyanobacteria that produce neurotoxins, which are harmful to local wildlife, as well as farm animals and pets. Production of these neurotoxins is assumed to be an input into its symbiotic relationships, protecting the plant from grazing pressure.
There are many different species of this bacteria and although this kind of thing can be tricky to class I'm pretty sure they would all belong under the phylum Chlorophyta. Along with species such as certain breadmolds and other algae. Hope this helped
Here's the modern classification of the genus Amoeba. Please note that 1) "amoeba" sometimes just refers to any shapeless single-celled eukaryote, which has probably appeared many times in the Domain Eucarya; 2) previous textbooks (like the ones you would find in a college) may use "Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Protozoa" or "Kingdom Protista, Phylum Sarcodia" or something like that. Both were before the advent of modern phylogenetics, which uses evolutionary kinship to create taxonomic groups.
