They will eat sea weed and other under water plant life.:)
Turtles need a varied diet, but here are some veggies /aquatic plants.
Veggies
* Squash
* Zucchini
* Carrots
* Greens- Red Leaf, Romaine, Collards, Kale, Dandelion Greens
**Stay away from Spinach. Make sure to cut the veggies in bite-size or match-like sticks so your turtle can eat them easily. Iceberg lettuce is a filler, but contains little/no nutritional value so it should be avoided.
Aquatic Plants
* Anacharis
* Duckweed
* Water Hyacinth
* Water Lettuce
* Water Lily
Some protein choices you can add in the tank in case they wont eat the plants, (since they are hatchlings) are snails and Ghost Shrimp.
You could also invest in an automated feeder, or ask a friend to help.

Yes. As long as they have food, like leafy green plants.
Most turtles like to eat small fish or meat, fruit, and eggs. They will also eat insects, worms, and different types of marine plants.
Most are herbivores, and therefore eat water-growing plants, such as seaweeds. However, some species, like snapping turtles, eat fish and amphibians.
