For example, while normally the Secretary of State is fourth in the line of Presidential succession, when Nixon was President his Secretary of State was Henry Kissinger, who was not a "natural-born citizen of the United States" and thus ineligible for the position of President. I don't believe any of the current cabinet members would be ineligible under this rule, but obviously that could change at any time.
