It is practically inevitable that you will one day need to learn C. For this reason, many programmers advocate it as the best starting language. However, you don't need to learn it if you want to just specialize in one programming language.

If you want to program, you can use Java, CSS, HTML, XHTML, Python, Basic, etc. You can look these up on Google if you want, but I recommend using Java or Python to code just because I have used those before. There are many types- but for regular programming or internet codes you will use the code types I have listed. Here are websites to get some of the code types:
