I think the experience of Truth is paramount in all religions, therefore it is not confine to any religion but is present in all.
As for Sikhism, Guru Nanak Dev Ji said:
"Realization of Truth is highest of all, higher still is Truthful Living"
In science, everything must be questioned in order to find the truth. In religion, it is assumed the truth is known but must never be questioned.
Some quotes are: A mere inference or theory must give way to a truth revealed; but a scientific truth must be maintained, however contradictory it may appear to the most cherished doctrines of religion. and Science ever has been, and ever must be the safeguard of religion. both said by Sir David Brewster
Rationality is a universal instrument and humanity can benefit from this instrument yet any inquiry must not start with the presumption that no God exists .
it is a educated guessANS2:You can answer the hypothesis by either proving it false or by failing to prove it false. One must never claim to have proven an hypothesis true. Truth does not exist in science. You can find truth in logic, mathematics, and religion.
Because there is an objective morality that calls us to. I would, however, disagree that we must tell the truth. If we "must" tell the truth then no one could ever lie. However, I do believe that we feel the necessity to tell the truth, and I would encourage telling the truth.

No religion promotes or permits homosexuality
be sworn in and promise to tell the truth the whole truth and nothin but the TRUTH!!!!!!!!
You can be sure that if there is any truth behind religious beliefs, God will not allow his religion to decline. He would not need belligerent preaching, misrepresentation of history or science, nor any discrimination against those who believe otherwise. He would simply make it happen. So, the odds must be stacked in favour of a religious revival. But if there is no truth in religion, then decline is inevitable. The odds must be stacked in favour of a continuing religious decline.
i think both because if you lie something is seriously going to happen to you, and you need justice to decide fairness and equal rights ---- Both. For there to be justice there must be truth. In truth, there will ultimately be justice.
Descartes believed that the truth must be indubitable because doubting leads to answers. The only thing he perceived to be certain was his own existence.
I don't know how else to answer the question but to say that simply put, the Catholic Church offers God as God truly is, and God as He has truly revealed Himself. It is important to note that this is not an arrogant statement. Why belong to any religion if the religion is not certain of what it believes, where it came from, and where it is going? An organization or religion which claims to follow God, but is not certain of what God has revealed, who God is, and what God is, and what God wants is no organization or religion I want to be a part of. To my knowledge no world religion claims to subsist fully in God's Truth, or fully know God's Truth. Only the Catholic Church makes this claim. Therefore it seems to me that Catholicism must be the surefire way to God.
