I have a 93 with air suspension in the rear i believe that the 91 was also equipped with it. Any way the biggest that can fit on mine are 20's with a 215 or 225x35x20 tire. The lug pattern for this model New Yorker is 5x100.

Usually they come on when you press the button for the heated rear window.
I would try the glove box, or under the steering wheel area. I have a 1991 and my fuse box is in my glove box. Hope this works for you.
you cant it is in the factory wire harness an if it wont reset try unlocking an locking drivers side door with key an then hit remote button
