Where and what year did hurricane Ivan happen?
Hurricane Ivan was formed on the 12th of September 2005. It was formed off the east coast of Trinidad and Tobago. It was a category 3 hurricane and was expected to wipe out the entire island of Tobago but luckily it swerved past and saved us here in Trinidad and Tobago. Unfortunately it caused many deaths throughout Grenada.
You can't necessarily say where Hurricane Ivan happened, because it had such a long track. The storm formed southwest of Cape Verde, and propelled itself through the Caribbean. Hurricane Ivan occurred in late summer and a bit into early fall of 2004. The storm lasted from September 2, until September 24.
