How can alarm be permanently disabled on a 1995 Chrysler LHS when it wont turn off by unlocking the door?

For 4 Ford factory shocks installed with taxes cost me almost $ 470 .00 Canadian ( the other dealership - where I bought the Explorer - wanted $ 100.00 more )
This is what worked for us! Hi, We just experienced a similar problem on a 95 Cirrus. The alarm can be deactivated by finding the right wire and deactivating it with a powered resistor. HOWEVER after several weeks of perseverence here is what we found; First check to see if your vehicle had a factory installed alarm system. The 1995 C280 came with a tape player. There is an optional 6 disc CD changer that would be mounted on the inner side of the trunk if equipped. This was about a $700 option from the factory, only about 50% of c class' ended up with a CD changer. This part can also be dealer installed if not equipped from the factory.
