Ctrl - 1 opens the Format Cells dialog box.
Right-click on the cell you want to format and click the Format Cells option.
Ctrl - 1 - A will open the Alignment Tab in the Format Cells dialog box.
You can click on the little arrow in the bottom right of any of the groups on the ribbon to open the appropriate tab of the Format Cells dialog box. On the keyboard Ctrl - 1 will open the Format cells dialog box.

Press Ctrl - 1 to open the Format Cells dialog box. Go to Alignment and in there you will find the orientation setting. You can use it to change the angle of the text.

Select the cells you want. Press Ctrl-1 to open the Format Cells dialog box. Under the Number tab and pick the Accounting option and click OK.
