What should a 10 year old be eating daily?

For breakfast have 2 eggs, turkey bacon (2 slices), and a slice of rye toast with cherry jelly.

For lunch have 3 slices of cheese with mustard and a slice of wheat bread.

For dinner have a small piece of chicken, a cup of rice, and a green vegetable.

If you have dessert have a cup of fruit, yogurt, and some granola.
