Wednesday- make your own sushi and bring a small side container of Brags/soy-sauce, bring a fruit on the side
Thursday- try making a noodle dish with fresh veggies and cheese top, and a piece of fruit on the side
Friday- Its friday, make your life easy, go for PB&J on a bagel, chips and two small Oranges cut into slices with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Saturday- Burrito with rice, beans, avocado, salsa, carrots, tomatoes, sourcream...
Sunday- make a quinoa salad, and fresh carrot juice,
