The first priority should be the consideration regarding whether the nature of the work and the nature of the business are halal. Secondly, a Muslim should consider whether s/he will be able to offer salat during the working hours. Usually this is possible, but an acceptable place should be idenifiied. A male Muslim should also consider whether the hours of work will permit him to atttend the Friday prayer.
