One thing you can try is to get a pin and press it into the plastic, it should hold enough to pull it out, if not break off the pointy end of a tooth pick and put a tiny amount of super glue on it ( not enough to drip ) then carefully push it in until it contacts the plastic and hold until the glue sets, then pull the plastic out, be careful not to get the glue on anything but the plastic
it depend where you go to get it done, where you live, and if the key has a micro chip in it or not. when you look at your key right below the base if there is a little black piece of plastic then there is no way to get the key copied (the piece of plastic is a micro chip)

If you look over the license plate you will see a black plastic piece that can be removed, it should have a picture of a key on it. Under this there is a lock ad you can then use the key to open the trunk. Hi, If I'm not mistaken, there should be a very small pin hole just below where you insert the ign. key.. What you do is take a paper clip and insert it into that small hole when you have the ign. key in the accessories position, and you should be able to pull that whole key & tumbler piece out!
The hole in the black plastic head sometimes. If it has a transponder the hole is offset to one side and thick plastic. Non transponder usually has a thinner black head with hole in center top of key.
A key signature indicates which key a piece should be played in.
On the part that the key goes in there is a small hole. Straighten a paper clip. Turn the key to acessory and insert the paper clip into the hole. You will feel it detent a small amount at that time hold it in and turn the key a little more to the left and pull outward on the key. The tumbler assambly should come out. Then you can unscrew the bezel nut. From there it is a piece of cake. When done insert the key and tumbler. It will automatically stay in.
There is a key lock under the tailgate, the key should be supplied by the dealer, and then you just insert your jack handles into the hole and turn and the tire will come down The hole for the key should be located in the rear bumper right around your bumper some vehicles have a key over the hole to prevent theft just use your car key once this cap is removed then simply peek through the hole and you should see a tube which giudes your key; and the key normally is in the jack bag in your truck
First remove your ignition lock by inserting your key and turning to the ON position (do not start it). directly below the ignition cylinder there is a hole, using a Phillips screwdriver, ice pick etc insert it into the hole and push directly up. once you've disengaged the pin locking the cylinder in just pull it out. Once its out there is a plastic piece on the top of the keyway sandwitched between two pieces of metal, simply remove the top piece of metal and re install.
remove plastic cover and put key in the ignition and trun look under the key and you will see a hole put a tinny screw driner in the hole and push it up and pull the switch out
there is no hole because there is no key
Take off the surrounding plastic covers (top and bottom) to expose the metal assembly.there is a small hole in from the key hole (facing you if you were sitting in the seat), poke something in that hole, this releases the barrel but you will need to have the key in and turned to 'B' from memory. Hope this helps
