41 to 47 psi
To relieve the fuel pressure on a Chevrolet S10, the fuel pump relay should first be removed. Then, the engine should be startedand run until it stalls.
Inadequate fuel pressure. If that 2000 S10 Blazer has a 4.3 engine, it needs 61 to 66 psi (engine off with fuel pump running) to run properly.
41 to 47 psi, pump running, engine off.
60 to 66 psi

The 1994 S10 has a fuel pressure regulator located in the throttle body.
It is attached to the throttle body. Pressure should be 41 to 47 psi.
Regulator may be shot.
A 1995 S10 with the 4.3 L TBI requires 41 to 47 psi fuel pressure.
A few possibilities could be the fuel pump relay is bad, the fuel pressure regulator is bad, the fuel pump circuit wiring may be bad and maybe the new pump is bad.
On a 98-2000 its right after the fuel rail hidden bellow the air intake manifold
