A few possibilities could be the fuel pump relay is bad, the fuel pressure regulator is bad, the fuel pump circuit wiring may be bad and maybe the new pump is bad.

In 2000 they weren't using one yet There is a variable fuel pressure regulator.
Spark Plugs need replaced Bad or Old Distributor or even a weak fuel pump, or old fuel filter.
The correct tire pressure for a 2000 Chevy Venture is 32 psi front and rear. This is for the original tire sizes of P215/70R15 front, and P225/60R16 rear.
Most likely needs the front rotors turned or replaced.

Its the Primary o2 Sensor (pre-cat), needs to be replaced
look for the port with the black cap on it, it's the low pressure port.
