A can of tuna, a bowl of milk, pieces of cooked chicken, or cooked egg might be alternatives to cat food to try.
EDIT:
PLEASE do not give the cat milk! Many cats are lactose intolerant and will become sick after drinking cow's milk. Leave out water instead or specially formulated milk made for cats and kittens.
If you see a stray cat, DO NOT take it home with you. It could have anything it picked up off the street and transfer that to you. At the least, leave it alone. At the best, tell your local animal shelter. They will hopefully find the poor kitty and take care of him til'(if, that is) he can be adopted. It's better for you(you don't get sick) and for the cat(he gets rescued and gets a new home).
I would give it some food and water. The cat might show it's gratitude by killing rodents in the area.
You should lock all the doors and windows at night, and if you have a square opening in the door for cats to get in, cover it up or get a new door.
should the person entering the house speak first when entering if they live there
Every where that you can possibly think of(especially the bathroom)
If the rest of the houses in the neighborhood are sided, then your house should possibly be too, for resale. If the siding is in good shape, and you only need to paint every 8 years or so, then you might want to consider paint.
House pressure, 75 PSI maximum.
Yes! You are entering the House of God! A man should remove his hat whenever entering a building.

You should repaint your house every ten years. That is the average normal cycle to repaint your house.
no
because maybe that's how they like to do things in their house not everyone takes of there shoes before entering a house
No, the air has other ways of entering the house.
Get inside a car or a house. If you can't, you should run to the woods or possibly remove a manhole cover and stay in the hole.
In every room in your house.
