What are the laws in your state or country? Are there Occupational Health and Safely Laws? Are there laws so that an employer has to provide a safe environment? That also includes safety from bullying and discrimination, as well as physical safety.
If you are a supervisor and you condone bullying then you could be held liable in the future. Sometimes bullying goes on to physical injury and hospitalization. Serious charges. Don't turn a blind eye. For your own safely as well as the workers you are supposed to be supervising.
