Drain the oil system completely - and leave overnight with the sump plug removed to get rid of as much of the Transmission Fluid as possible.
Replace the sump plug and re-fill with a quality grade oil.

Honda mechanic told me that i have to use oil supplied by Honda and that i should run the car with new oil for 1 week and then replace with new oil, again from Honda. MTF (Manual trans fluid) or ATF (Automatic trans fluid). In each case approx 3 Litres is required to fill the transmission costing about £40
