If you want to stay with your boyfriend you are going to have to spend less time and speak less to your guy friend especially if he has been causing problems for his own selfish reasons - that is not him being a true friend despite the fact he wants you more than that. You are going to have to be straight forward, honest and polite to him and tell him you are only friends and you have a boyfriend and if he does not like that then you cannot be friends at this time. It is unfortunate but because his feelings will be hurt he will likely not speak with you for awhile however, if he is a true friend and respects your decision he will continue to be just that your friend. Things will blow over as his feelings for you subside but don't lead him on.
