It is best to tread careful with this question. Keep it light. Maybe you disagreed on the best way to accomplish a project but you deferred to your boss. Or, maybe you disagreed on where to hold the company Christmas party.

Do you think there someone who've never had any disagreement with their boss?

Do you think the interviewer have enough experience to know that you tell lie?

If you say that you've never a disagreement yet with your boss, the reason can be you tell lie or you never own your idea.

Say of course, when we working together, it's evident that we sometimes have disagreement. However, show the interviewer how you handle.

Example:

Yes, I have. When I was working at my previous company, I had once had a totally different opinion to my boss in a project investment. He thought the project was too risky to invest. In contrast I regarded the project as a very good opportunity to make a big profit. So one day I managed to talk with him and gave him my view of the investment. Unfortunately he still rejected my opinion for a number of reasons. I did not feel depressed at all because: first, he was my boss so it was my responsibility to obey him; second, he was much more experienced than I in project investment so his decision to not invest in the project might be right. After the talk I left his office with a smile.

Good luck in your interview!
