One thing not to do is squeeze them! This can result in scars. Best thing to do is to wash your face a bit more often using face wash. It will eventually start to decrease in size and then vanish.

1. It HAS to pop. Not by you popping it but more naturally. Every morning and night I put hot water in a bowl with sea or coarse salt. it doesn't matter what salt you use really. put a washcloth in it after the salt dissolved. Then ring it out and hold it on the pimple for a while. As long as you want. I have done this for 3 days and it popped by the third. You will know when it pops because it will start pussing and then it will sting because of the salt. I kept it on for 10 more minutes after i felt it pop. DO NOT RUB IT!
2. Now that it popped, it needs to be dried out. Use something containing alcohol. I held it there on a swab too. This will also decrease the redness. Then take a break and do it again. I also used apple cider vinegar. But take my word for it. ONLY USE A LITTLE! It stings, hurts your eyes, and smells bad. wash it off after 10-15 mins.
And THAT is how you pop a pimple.

∙ 12y agoTo break down the oil and penetrate the skin try a toner or lotion with salicylic acid. At bedtime try a mask with kaolin and bentonite to decongest the skin. Mary Kay's basic Skin Care is excellent for blemish prone skin. You can do research to find the combination of products that will work best for you.
