Try running an online scan at Panda and Trend Micro. Run the Panda scan first. It will more than likely find and remove it. Is AVG fully updated? If not update it and run again. Be sure to turn off system restore before running any scan.

When the Greeks left the wooden horse outside Troy they also left the spy Sinon to be captured by the Trojan forces.
