If you do not see (hear) mosquitoes, than you are probably allergic to something. Try to find out when the lumps start appearing- did you used a different brand of washing powder? Did you eat something new? To stop the itching: methol-containing toothpaste can help. It looks weird, the white spots... I'm sorry for that. If the itching does not go away and the lumps keep returning, visit your physician. You can try to fix it yourself for 2 weeks, after that you'd better find help.
