What should you do if you know a guy likes you and he stares at you and talks to you and asks you if you're OK but you are too nervous to ask him out and apparently he is too shy to ask you out?

If it is obvious that he likes you, and you think he's too nervous to ask you out, then there is something he is afraid of. It might be rejection, past relationship problems, peer pressure (afraid of the "guys" dogging him), having more women he's pawing over besides you and he can't make up his mind which to choose, or anything of the sort. Men truly think differently than women do. They have to. First and foremost, make sure that he is what you want. If he is, then throw clues at him, make him KNOW that you are the one he should want. If he still doesn't come around, then take the offensive. Make it obvious that you want him, give him nothing to fear, talk top him in a way that demands his attention and kicks his heart into overdrive. Use you female cunning to your advantage. Just don't take it too far. If after a while he still doesn't get it, then he is a moron, or he doesn't want you. Harsh reality, I know, but men are very decisive. They think one way and feel only one emotion at a time. Givce it your best, but don't freak him out. Just remember, he is not the only man in the world that you could be attracted to. There might be another waiting for the perfect girl you are and would jump at the chance to talk to you. don't waste your time with just one. Good luck, darlin'.
