Weight is not the enemy, fat is. Your weight may be staying the same, but you are probably replacing fat with muscle. Muscle is more dense than fat. A pound of fat takes up more space than a pound of muscle. Keep excersizing and eating right and you will be in shape.
Sometimes eating healthy and working out don't always lead to weight loss. In the basic sense, you are burning more calories so you should lose weight. However, if you do not eat enough your body will go into a starvation mode and actually not burn stored fat. Any workout regiment needs healthy calories before and after an exercise. Before you work out try having some fresh fruit and lean protein (eggs are great). After, a slice of whole grain toast with some peanut butter. Not hungry? Try drinking just a glass of chocolate milk.

If your short then I'm guessing since I cant see you that you are probably at a unhealthy weight. If your tall then your all right your still growing your going to get taller and if you keep taking care of you body you will grow into the weight. If you are very built either bones and alot of muscle then yeah your prob the right weight. If you have a thin frame you are probably over weight.
