well, i think the right thing to do would be to see how it works out. if he likes her and wants to ask her out, he should. if you THINK she'll say no to him, and not be absolutely sure, you should definatley NOT tell this boy what you THINK. you should really just sit on the sidelines and see what happens. if she rejects him, then you can be free to make moves on him. if she accepts him, then dont interfere. just try to move on.
