Speak to someone, a friend, a counsellor, the Samaritans. Find out exactly why you hate your life and try to change that aspect. Everybody goes through a bad patch at some stage, the important thing is that you don't give up on yourself and don't think you're on your own. we all need help at some stage in our lives, the difficult part is asking for it.
