Step 3MEDICINE -
Place your daily medications or vitamins you take in the case and take it with you. If you carry around aspirin or ibuprofen use these cases for convenient storage. You may also find yourself regularly needing a medicine you never have on you, use these cases.
Step 4If you are traveling you can easily store Answers.com, eye cream shampoo, conditioner, etc in each side of the contact lens case. Use a marker to mark each side so you know what it is and take it with you. It is perfect because it is leak proof and easy to carry without taking up a lot of space.
Contact lens cases can be purchased from department stores and pharmacies such as Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, and Walgreens. These plastic cases keep delicate contact lenses safe from dirt and damage.
Firstly Wash your hands properly before wearing contact lens. Then Gently shake your lens case containing the storage solution, to loosen the contact lens should it be stuck. Slide the lens out of its case and into the palm of your hand. Rinse thoroughly with the appropriate contact lens solution.Place the contact lens on the tip of your index or middle finger, which should be dry or mostly dry. With the fingers and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward, whichever you find to be easier. Gently close your eye, roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, and then blink.Look closely in the mirror to make sure the lens is centered on your eye. If it is, the lens should be comfortable and your vision should be clear.
You should always store them in a contact lens container before you put them in again. This should have some contact lens solution in it, to sterilize the lenses. If they are disposables, then just throw them away and then you can buy contact lenses online
