You need to eat a variety of foods in order to keep a balanced diet. In terms of losing weight, stay away from any foods that are high in sugar, sodium, ect. Eat more protein and lots of fiber! Dont forget what you eat is only 50% in losing weight, the other half is exercise. Good luck!

Anything that is healthy or low in fat such fruits and vegetables. Other non fruit or vegetables foods you can eat to lose weight are yogurt, granola bar, low fat or skim milk, wheat bread, eggwhites, fruit juices, etc.

salad:lettuce,carrots,sweetcorn,onions,tomatoes,cucumber.

fruit:apple,orange,grapes, mango,peach,kiwi, strawberries, raspberries,

pasta: Italian pasta

meat: pork,chicken,steak,beef,lamb.

red meat you shouldn't eat it when trying to loose weight

& search up cabbage soup it is a good thin First of all you can eat as much as you want but exercise 50% more than you eat or more if you want becauseif you diet you lose your muscles (not the biceps and triceps ) but the muscles to help you move. Remember lose fat not muscles and eat as least 3 fruits a day. But for energy even carbohydrates are important.

Except that is unhealthy. One good starting point is what not to eat. Don't eat foods or even soft drinks that are high in sugar. Cutting out sugar is one of the best ways to lose weight. Also, choosing food that is low in saturated fat will also help. Remember: Stay away from sugar! (especially soft drinks).
