Some ways to lose weight or keep it off is to eat healthy. You should start off by eating less fattening foods than normal. Although it's highly recommended, quitting cold turkey isn't always the best thing to do.

You should try to start at your own pace, that way your cravings wont stress you out so much. When you feel like your not making any progress or not losing as much weight as you wanted, you should challenge your self and start eating even less fattening foods. This will help you start off on a healthy diet.
