It is best to leave the feeding of an orphaned baby fox up to an authorized wildlife rehabilitator. However, if that is not possible and they are still nursing you can feed them a milk substitute called Esbilac, available at most pet shops. NEVERgive cow's milk as most animals cannot digest it and it will cause digestive distress. Older youngsters can be fed solid food, such as Purina Puppy Chow that has been soaked in Esbilac. They can gradually be weaned from the Esbilac and fed the dog food only and gradually introducing other natural foods.
