Remove the Serpentine belt. Pull the bolts that hold the water pump in place (5 or 6, something like that). Then the water pump should pull out of the block. It may be held in place with some gasket sealer, so once you have the bolts out you can pull hard on the pump. Remove the pulley by turning the 3 bolts. Put it all back together in reverse order. You may need to remove a couple parts to get to the pump.

Use a 3\8 socket wrench on the top of the belt tensioner, and push it back too loosen the belt and then take the belt off of the pump pulley. Now take the 4 bolts off the pully, the pump is under the pulley. You should have 5 10mm bolts to take off the pump ,then pry the pump away.
