If it's the Hex type bolts I'm thinking of, which are the ones on my 2001 z24, it would be a 3/8.
3/8"
7mm Allen wrench
Cavaliers from '94 to '03 all take 3/8 Allen key on calipers.
All Cavaliers from about '94 to at least '04 use a 3/8 Allen key for calipers.
That is a 3/8 Allen.
No..maybe a oil filter wrench to remove it, but, install it by hand (HAND TIGHT)
best answer is take it to a brake shop it's not something that should put your life on the line for. but if you have to do it you will need a Chevy brake tool or an Allen wrench to remove the calipers then its simple to switch out pads. drums again I recomend a shop.
3/8" Allen wrench.
You need a 10mm wrench.
you can go to any part store specialty tool section look for Chevy brake caliper tool less than 5 dollars To remove the calipers from the mounts it takes a 3/8's hex...use a socket style one...an Allen key would take forever.
You need to go to an Auto Parts Store and have them look it up. It's usually a special wrench used only for the brakes. Hope this helps.
You need an approximately 3/8" Allen wrench. Preferably one that is driven by an impact driver.
