First: Go to the Crutchfield website and put in your year and make Windstar. The results will show you the various types of speakers used in the front door and mid-panel.
Write down the cat.# of the lower priced sets of 5 1/2" round and 5"x7" oval speakers.
Then check the Wal-Mart near you for those styles. I found a pair of Pioneer 51/2" speakers for $12 less than Crutchfield, including sales tax.
Finally, very carefully follow the answers for removing your door panels.

You need to put the spacers in with them. I went to Best Buy to ask about the size of the speakers and the salesperson said they were 6 1/2" speakers.
