What size engine do you have?
Yes they will fit... but tires will need to be as small as possible.

5x114.5 or 5x4.5, they are the same pattern one is in mm and the other in inches. This was the size for '68-'72 Lincoln MarkIII and Continental.
You can get Continental tires at many different tire shops. I do know that Good Year and Firestone does offer Continental tires. Also the dealerships such as Continental Audi or Acura defintely has the tires.
The stock tire BMW uses is from Continental. The stock size depends on the car.
According to one of Fords websites : For a 1964 Lincoln Continental : ( the only engine listed is the 7.0 liter / 430 cubic inch V8 )
According to the 1999 Lincoln Continental owners manual : It came from the factory with the Motorcraft BXT-65-750 battery ( that's BCI group size 65 and 750 cold cranking amps )
Continental tires recommend different tires for different occasions. The weather affects what tires that should be used, as does the land that is traveled on.
The only engine from the factory in a 1997 Lincoln Continental is the 4.6 liter Dual Over Head Cam , V8 engine ( 281 cubic inches )
