A 10mm wrench is used on most Freestars, but a few have 12mm.
What size line wrench for a 2005 freestar
It will be a 14 or 17 mm wrench.
7mm hex socket
Loosen and remove the caliper retaining bolts. Torx T-40 or T-45
Probably something close to a 21 millimeter
I believe that's a 5/16. or possibly 3/8 Allen.
I just did my 2005 Ford Escape front brakes and the caliper was 7mm Allen and main holder is 18mm ...RRR Wis.
On some later model Fords the calipers have 7mm Allen heads, -an unusual size.
I believe that needs a 3/8 Allen or some models, 7mm Allen.
Remove wheels Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Peel rotor off hub
I believe that caliper is held with 10mm bolts. Remove caliper, then caliper mounting frame, then rotor will come off.
remove the 2 18mm bolts off the caliper bracket, remove caliper, slide off rotor
