Mostly military stuff, namely tactics, hand to hand and ranged combat, far as ancient soldiers go he could do it all. However when it came to politics, he stunk at it; it was up to his son Solomon, to organized ancient Israel into an actual kingdom. The reason it fell apart, is because Solomon did TOO good a job, actually, although modern day western and ashkenazi Archaeology holds that the likely explanation was tyranny. The Bible claims, that the prosperity brought by Solomon, made the people of Israel arrogant, and decadent, but to extremes of arrogance that would leave modern Israelis speechless. The arrogance displayed by some Israelis? That's nothing; the Israelites of Solomon's time were 100 times worse, and far more egomaniacal. How do you think Solomon learned about "wicked people?" That is correct; by watching, and observing, the behavior of his own people. All his stuff about adultery, he got from carefully watching the behavior of many ancient Hebrew women of his time, all his stuff about how the wicked man does not sleep unless he has done someone harm, once again, he got that from observing the people in his kingdom. Solomon TRIED, to stem that tide, its the whole reason he dictated his proverbs saying "look, this needs to stop" but as we all know from the Bible it did not stop.

The Bible holds, that it is for the OPPOSITE reasons, that his kingdom collapses opposite that is, of what western archaeologists claim, namely that Solomon, being a middle eastern King, was a tyrant. Archaeologists are not entirely unjustified because, from Iraq, to Syria, to Lebanon, and from Jordan, all the way to Yemen and Oman, virtually all ancient kings, ruled like tyrants and despots, that is the general pattern of the semitic world, so from all logic, by all reason, it does not make any logical sense, that Solomon would have been any different. Again archaeologists base that view based on the pervading pattern of findings in the near east, namely that most semitic rulers were despotic turds. The fact that Solomon reputedly had 1,000 wives does not exactly do anything for his "he was a nice guy" case either.

So, how do we know that in remote ancient times, Israel had a brief lasting near paradisical utopic age? The answer to that question, is very simple; no Jew anywhere, suffers from an inferiority complex, not even the poverty stricken Mizrahi of Israel. Considering the numbers, and "history of persecution," the only way the reverse, a superiority complex would be present, is if at some point in their past, our collective past, there was some sort of achievement to justify it. Myself I am not like other Jews, because I was not raised in a Jewish home, I was psychologically abused for as long as I have the use of reason, and kept ignorant of my real heritage for most of my life by malicious watered down counterfits in the Knesset, and ashkenazi community of Honduras. Actually Honduras' official Jewish population is laughable; although the region of Santa Barbara saw many marranos (sephardic converts) arrive there, they are all cherem, not "official" Jews. They, together with the ashkenazi run Knesset of Israel have done my family great harm; if I am not arrogant like a Jew, it is because I was not raised by any of them. Not growing up Jewish has been a double edged sword; on the one hand, the Arabs generally respect me more for one, more than other Jews, but on the other, it has caused horrific suffering.

The majority of Arabs know I'm Jewish just on a first look, but they also know I'm different. In many ways I am pretty "unique," sorry for talking about myself but for all intents and purposes I'm the "Spock" of my people, a bit of a pariah, but, also considerably wiser than them, kind of how like Spock is wiser than most Vulcans. Yes that is correct I feel I have greater wisdom, than the majority of Jews of the world.

If you are Jewish, live with it. Grow up an orphan without your parents, and perhaps then your wisdom will approach mine.

Sorry for the arrogance; live long and prosper!
