Bearings going bad.
worn or bad wheel bearings will make noise (grinding, humming, etc)
Front left and right wheel bearings going bad make grinding and crackling sound especially when you turn left or right. When they start going bad, the issue will grow worse very quickly. Time is not on your side with this. A few hundred dollar fix can turn much more expensive if left unattended.
When a timing belt is going bad it can make a high-pitched screeching sound. It can sound like a high-pitch whirring noise. Not all timing belts make a noise when they are worn or going bad.
id say type and size of tire, and if bearings are bad either or will make that humming sound.
