Playing Golf may be intensinve for some people. It is important to stretch out before playing golf. Since golf would excreice your upper arms, your neck, and waist. It would be very critical to stretch those mussles before hitting any golf ball. Also a dead lift may be carried out becahse it streches from your upper body to your upper legs and these mussels are where it would be used during a golf game.
