I like to start on medium high to brown outside (1-2 minutes per side), then finish on medium low to desired level of how you wish your burger cooked. After browning, it also works well to remove to a baking sheet and finish in the oven at 300 degrees. With either method, keep a close eye on internal temperature to achieve desired finish of the cooked burger. (125 = medium-rare, 130 = medium, 135 = medium-well).

Heat a pan on the stove on medium heat, but the burger on it. Book it for at least 8 minutes on one side it or until its dark enough, then flip it and cook the other side until blood stops coming out.
