I would hire a small creative firm for the fact that they can give your business more personalized attention without you having to have a giant budget. Aside from there, a small firm usually wants to grow so there is a good chance they will work their hardest to build their reputation which means your satisfaction will be a high priority. Naturally you will want to see their portfolio of previous work because at any size, some firms just don't have that creative edge we look for.
